The biggest issue is that customer service with Stokke needs major improvement. Incidents that include sending the wrong items and having major recalls on items, is something to be expected from most manufacturers. It's unfortunate but it happens. The problem lies with their communication. Even if you have an investigation launched about your wrongfully shipped items, it will take weeks and weeks for anything to be done, and in fact, some people never get a return call. This doesn't shine too well with mothers since their baby's safety and well being is the most important thing in the world, and they can't wait for it. Now don't get me wrong, Stokke bedding and accessories are some great quality items but you do need to make sure everything is in order before you begin using it.

Take my advice and try to purchase Stokke bedding products from a local store to get a feel for their quality and problems. Once you are comfortable, then finding them online will save you money even if something doesn't arrive in the mail as you expect.
